1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using One Scrapbook, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account via email to use One Scrapbook.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will also permanently delete all your scrapbooks and uploaded data.

3. User Content

• Users may upload photos and other content to create digital scrapbooks.
• You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using One Scrapbook, you grant us no rights to your content except when we obtain your explicit permission for promotional purposes.
• One Scrapbook is not responsible for ensuring that content you upload complies with third-party rights.

4. AI-Generated Scrapbooks

• One Scrapbook uses AI technology to assist in creating scrapbooks.
• Generated scrapbooks may contain defects or imperfections. One Scrapbook provides no guarantee regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

• One Scrapbook offers subscription plans and the ability to purchase credits.
• Subscriptions include a set number of credits per month depending on the plan. Additional credits may be purchased separately.
• All payments are final. No refunds are available for subscriptions, credits, or unused services.

6. Third-Party Services

• One Scrapbook uses third-party services to operate and deliver functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or functionality from these providers.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or One Scrapbook systems.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the services.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violations of these Terms, or any illegal activity.
• Upon termination, all user content associated with the account will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

• One Scrapbook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Scrapbook shall not be liable for any damages arising from use, inability to use, or reliance on AI-generated scrapbooks.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

One Scrapbook may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
